Privacy Policy

This policy describes how CLZR (“we”, “our”) handles information you provide while using clzr.app. It is a working draft and will be replaced with a final version. For questions, contact omar@clzr.app.

Information we collect

• Account information you provide via Clerk (name, email, OAuth identifier).
• Real-estate transaction documents and emails you upload or forward to your CLZR transaction email address.
• Usage telemetry necessary to operate the service (request logs, error reports).
• Payment information processed by Stripe; we do not store card data ourselves.

How we use it

• To extract and organize the content of your transaction documents using AI models.
• To match inbound emails to the correct transaction.
• To bill you and provide customer support.

• Postmark — inbound email handling

Your choices

You can request account deletion or a copy of your data by emailing omar@clzr.app. We retain transaction data while your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter for record-keeping.
