Use of the service

You may use CLZR for managing real-estate transactions you are authorized to manage. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of any content you upload. CLZR is a tool that assists with document organization and extraction; it does not provide legal, financial, or real-estate advice.

AI-generated content

CLZR uses AI models to extract data from your documents. AI output can be wrong. You are responsible for verifying important values (dates, prices, deadlines) before relying on them.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed through Stripe at the plan you select. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are at our discretion.

Acceptable use

• Don't upload content you don't have the right to upload.
• Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, attack, or disrupt the service.
• Don't use CLZR to violate any law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may terminate by canceling your subscription.

Disclaimer

CLZR is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, CLZR's liability is limited to amounts you paid in the past twelve months.
